These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Modelglass ("Service"), operated by Modelglass Pty Ltd (ABN 98 699 057 406, ACN 699 057 406), a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia on 15 June 2026. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Modelglass provides AI model pricing intelligence and comparison data via a web interface and API. Data is provided for informational purposes; pricing data reflects verified sources at the time of publication and may not reflect real-time changes. Always verify pricing directly with the provider before making commercial decisions.

2. API Access

API access requires a valid API key. Keys are issued per account and must not be shared. Usage is subject to rate limits per your plan tier. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse or non-payment.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

Scrape or republish Modelglass data for competing products
Circumvent rate limits or access controls
Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Pricing and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Early bird pricing is locked for 12 months from subscription date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and code on Modelglass is © 2026 Modelglass Pty Ltd. You may reference and link to Modelglass freely. Bulk reproduction of the dataset is not permitted without agreement. Registry data is licensed separately under CC BY-NC 4.0 — see registry/LICENSE.

6. Disclaimer

Pricing data is sourced from public provider documentation and verified periodically. Modelglass Pty Ltd makes no warranty as to accuracy or completeness. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modelglass Pty Ltd's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
