Route here for design and especially VECTOR output — the only model in the registry that returns true SVG, a distinct capability for logos/icons/scalable assets. For photoreal scenes prefer FLUX/Imagen; for open weights prefer SDXL/SD 3.5. Note raster vs vector are priced differently.

The 'ranked #1 around launch' arena claim is now stale: direct fetch of the Artificial Analysis Text to Image Arena (artificialanalysis.ai/image/leaderboard/text-to-image, confirmed 2026-08-19, SCO-462 sweep) shows Recraft V3 specifically at #95 of ~147 models tracked, Elo 1076 — well down the board now that Recraft's own newer V4/V4.1 tiers (Elo 1180-1216) and many other models have since launched. Still not a GenEval-style number, and that arena isn't in ontology/benchmarks/ yet — a follow-on card, not resolved here
